The journey of the Kuwait Syrian Holding Company (KSH) started in 2002 when Al-Kharafi Group, an international conglomerate based in Kuwait in association with a group of companies and selected business men, to establish a so-called Kuwaiti Shareholding Company (commercial registry number 90716 dated 25/8/2002) with a capital of 30 Million KD for the purpose of project investment in Syria

The decision of the establishment was backed up by the fact that Syria is full of Investment Opportunities for private sector to be exploited, especially in the light of the positive indicators of its economic development.

The Company’s head office is located in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and its branch office is in Damascus, Syria.
